2. Payment
   1. Your commission will not be started until payment has been received.
   2. I will only accept payment that has been:
      1. Sent via paypal.
      2. Sent as a payment for a good or service.
      3. Sent in United States Dollars.
      4. Sent with “No address” specified.
   3. Failure to do any of the previous will result in a refund and your commission being put on hold until proper payment is received.
   4. Complex characters and themes may result in additional fees.
   5. Commissions may be rushed only if I am given at least 1 week of notice and for an additional fee.
3. Permissions
   1. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
   2. Partial refunds may be given at my discretion and appropriate to the amount of work done so far.
   3. Revisions to your commission after it has been completed may be made at the discretion of myself.
4. Auctions, YCHs and Adoptables
   1. All priorly stated terms apply to Auctions, YCHs and Adoptables. Failure to do any of the following will result in being blacklisted.
      1. Retracting or hiding your bid.
         1. Exceptions can be made at my discretion.
      2. Being unable to pay the amount bid
   2. Auctions times may be extended at my discretion.
   3. YCHs will be drawn in accordance to their descriptions.
